The Job

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will:

  • Manage relationships with corporate partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop thorough understanding of partner needs and goals, and how to achieve them.
  • Identify and highlight the value of collabration to existing and prospective partners.
  • Create and execute initiatives to drive partner engagement and retention.
  • Determine strategies to foster relationships and build rapport with stakeholders.
  • Set and track KPIs and analytics for initiatives and activities.
  • Provide reports on partnership performance and impact of collaborations.
  • Coordinate and support the development of special projects and events.
  • Refine processes to improve partnership relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Support organizational missions and goals.
  • Lead and collaborate internally to drive corporate partner engagemnet.
  • Supervise, coach, and mentor one (1) direct report in client success.
  • Conduct regular communications and follow-ups to foster partner relationships.
  • Relay the value of membership and encourage membership retention/renewal.
  • other tasks as required.

What you bring to the job
