Responsibilities
You have to:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and selection criteria.
- Utilize online platforms and professional networks to source candidates.
- Develop job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role's requirements.
- Evaluate CVs, portfolios, and references to shortlist the most suitable candidates.
- Maintain and update the talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
Qualifications
You should have:
- Enough experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
-Ability to in use Recruitment platforms to proactively source candidates.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
