Relevant du Gestionnaire senior, Ressources humaines, le/la Conseiller(ère), Développement organisationnel (DO) jouera un rôle essentiel dans l'élaboration et la mise en oeuvre d'une série de programmes et d'initiatives de DO visant à instaurer une culture organisationnelle propice à la performance et à l'engagement. Le/la candidat(e) contribuera au développement d'une expérience de premier ordre pour les employés, notamment en concevant et en mettant en oeuvre un programme d'intégration, des stratégies de gestion des talents, des évaluations des talents et des plans de relève dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.

Responsabilités :

  • Effectuer une analyse des besoins, comprendre les défis de l'entreprise et repérer les possibilités d'amélioration;
  • Fournir une expertise en matière de gestion du changement, puis élaborer des stratégies de communication, des programmes de formation et des ressources pour faciliter les transitions;
  • Offrir une expertise en matière de gestion du changement, de diversité, d'inclusion et de modernisation des processus;
  • Collaborer aux initiatives de changement de culture, puis identifier et gérer les impacts sur l'organisation;
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la stratégie et des outils de DO afin d'en optimiser l'efficacité;
  • Créer du contenu d'intégration convaincant et attrayant, en collaboration avec les dirigeants de l'entreprise et les experts en la matière, afin d'élaborer et de préserver des plans de formation solides;
  • Améliorer les programmes et les processus de gestion des talents en mettant l'accent sur l'établissement d'objectifs, la gestion de la performance et la planification de la relève;
  • Établir des relations solides avec les parties prenantes dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise et repérer les possibilités d'accroître l'engagement et l'habilitation;
  • Développer et maintenir des méthodes d'évaluation afin de déterminer les points forts et les points à améliorer des programmes de DO et d'Apprentissage et développement;
  • Analyser les paramètres et créer des rapports pour évaluer et adapter la stratégie de DO;
  • Coordonner la mise en oeuvre des programmes de formation, ce qui peut inclure l'établissement du calendrier des programmes, la liaison avec les formateurs/présentateurs, la confirmation des participants, la réservation des salles de formation/séances virtuelles, ainsi que la production et la distribution du matériel de formation.
Qualification :

  • Baccalauréat en psychologie des organisations, en relations industrielles ou en administration, option ressources humaines (une maîtrise en développement organisationnel est un atout);
  • 3 ans ou plus d'expérience professionnelle en développement organisationnel;
  • Excellentes aptitudes en matière de recherche, d'organisation et de gestion de temps, avec la capacité de traiter simultanément un grand volume de livrables;
  • Accent sur les résultats, l'optimisation et la simplification des approches et des outils;
  • Capacité démontrée à développer des présentations visuelles et du matériel de référence adapté à différents publics;
  • Maîtrise d'Excel, de Word et de PowerPoint, avec de solides compétences en matière de présentation visuelle ainsi qu'un grand souci du détail;
  • Aptitudes en communication bilingue (à l'oral et à l'écrit) et compétences en matière d'animation et de présentation.
