**Service Advisor - Atlantic Trailer & Tractor - Mount Pearl**

Atlantic Trailer & Tractor, located at 8 Lintrose Place in Donovans Industrial Park, Mount Pearl, is currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The successful individual will do so in an energetic, confident, and up-beat manner to create a positive customer experience.

This person will be able to effectively greet, advise and respond to the service needs of our diverse customer base. We will give preference to individuals with previous experience in service and/or an in-depth knowledge of the equipment we sell and service along with a keen desire to learn and provide superior customer service.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Is experienced in the daily operation of a service department within an equipment dealer or similar type business
- Will participate in service and product training where applicable
- Is computer proficient
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills
- Maintains a clean and safe work area.
- Wants to go “the extra mile” to ensure a positive Customer purchase experience
- Is able to work independently and to think strategically
- Is organized and punctual
- Favours collaboration and a friendly work environment
