About the Role
  • Take charge of administrative tasks independently, supporting a busy Partner
  • Maintain professional communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in client collections reminders and report updates
  • Handling calendar management
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including correspondence management, event scheduling, file organization, billing, and related tasks
  • Uphold confidentiality standards and consistently deliver work of the highest quality
  • Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility for assigned duties

What You Bring
  • Minimum of three years' experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant/Executive Assistant working with a law firm
  • Experience with Labour & Employment, Corporate Law, and/or Litigation is required
  • Completion of a Legal Assistant/Law Clerk program from a community college
  • Ability to thrive under time pressure and manage stress arising from multiple demands
  • Adaptability to evolving job requirements
  • Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Office suite, Aderant, iManage, and Nuance PDF
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
