Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant with a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly in newer technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutioning, pre-sales, and supporting the sales cycle. They will be responsible for conceptualizing solutions that align with our clients' needs, focusing on innovative approaches over product-centric strategies. The role will encompass a wide range of technologies, including connectivity, managed services, AI/ML, field operations, internet, and dark fiber etc.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Develop innovative technical solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Present solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating the value proposition.
- Work closely with product development teams to provide feedback on market demands and trends.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering).

- Proven track record in solutioning and pre-sales support.
- Strong understanding of connectivity, managed services, AI/ML, field operations, internet, and dark fiber.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
