  • Collaborate closely with clients to collect and verify vendor invoices and payment requests.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests accurately and promptly.
  • Verify invoice details, including product/service descriptions, quantities, and prices.
  • Code and input invoices into accounting systems, ensuring proper general ledger coding.
  • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and shipping documents.
