Your job
- Responsible for managing and developing a team of senior advisors who will be tasked with supporting change management for major evolution projects in the Enterprise Architecture and Information Security sector, in collaboration with colleagues from the Operations and Information Technology Alliance, Employee Experience, and various business lines;
- Establish and implement the change management and communication strategy for the National Bank Cybersecurity portfolio;
- Define, align, integrate, and pace change management across different areas (Cyber Strategies, talent strategy, cross-functional and/or technological initiatives) to form a coherent and paced whole;
- Identify changes generated by major strategic initiatives, bring the right level of understanding of what is changing, the impacts, and align the many stakeholders in execution;
- Support, coach, and equip change management sponsors of major cross-functional initiatives and partners to ensure a common framework is adopted and teams remain focused on the right priorities;
- Promote diversity and inclusion;
- Maintain favorable conditions for collaboration, engagement, employee well-being, and happiness at work.
Your team
Within the Information Security Office sector, you are part of a team of about forty colleagues and report to the Senior Director. Our team stands out for its collaboration, attention to quality work, and solution-oriented approach in various projects.
Our training programs use on-the-job learning to help you master your role. You can access personalized training content on such topics as banking solutions and the advisory approach to support your ongoing learning. You’ll also have access to colleagues with a wide range of expertise, experience and backgrounds to enrich all aspects of your development.
Prerequisite
- Bachelor’s degree related to the field and ten (10) years of relevant experience - Experience in change management and communication;
- Experience in personnel management (mobilizing and collaborating);
- Ability to influence stakeholders - Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines;
- Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously and excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to provide documented and informed recommendations to the organization’s executives;
- Synthesis and leadership skills;
- Knowledge in Cybersecurity is an asset.
