In this role you will be a true partner to the business, and manage a very high-volume and fast-paced work load.What you’ll need to SucceedTo succeed as the Human Resources Associate, you will bring 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, in a Senior Generalist and/ or BP capacity, and will be data driven. You will have advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel. You will havepleted post-secondary education relating to HR, including a CHRP. You will have strong analytical skills and will bring experience with Workday or similar. You will ideally bring experience from a Professional Services environment, and will have experience supporting a heavily matrixed and high-volume work load. You will be client-service orientated and befortable supporting all levels of employees and executive management. You will have a demonstrated ability to develop and strengthen relationships and will be a fantasticmunicator orally and written. You will have a strong executive presence and be polished in your presentation. You will be someone who can operate independently, a self-starter who can work with autonomy, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced,plex corporate environment.
