As the Controller, you will oversee all accounting operations, financial data consolidation, and internal controls, providing vital information for decision-making within a team environment where company culture is important.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounting operational functions

Prepare internal and external financial statements

Coordinate with external auditors

Oversee budgeting and payroll processes

Assess and improve accounting operations

Evaluate accounting software and systems

Develop business performance metrics

Ensure regulatory compliance and tax planning

Lead and mentor accounting staff

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in accounting, in a similar role

1-2+ years' leadership experience

Experience in sales and distribution is an asset

Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
