About the Role:

FSB GROUP LTD. is currently seeking a RIBO Licensed, Commercial Lines, Insurance Customer Service Representatives . If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service, a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you would be a fit for our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional day to day customer service to our clients
  • Processing policy changes
  • Maintain professional relationships with Insurers and Underwriters
  • Assist and provide support to Producers as required
  • Process call backs, submissions and mail in a timely manner
  • Flexible to perform various assigned tasks
  • Promotes company features and benefits as part of an ongoing portfolio review
  • Cross-sell a variety of products at every opportunity
  • Promotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship building
  • Remains current on all company philosophies and procedures
  • Accepts risks within established guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Currently holds a RIBO license in good standing
  • Min. 1-2 years experience as a licensed broker
  • Has worked in an insurance brokerage
  • Experience with Power Broker (an asset)
  • Has the ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing
  • Has excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Can function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
  • Maintains a positive attitude and is a team player
  • Has strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrates the ability to adapt to change
  • Are proficient in BMS and Microsoft
