Markham, Canada Creative Niche Full time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional French Bilingual Customer Care Finance Coordinator to join our corporate client on a permanent, full time hours (9month contract). If you are passionate about customer service and have some exposure to finance, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis.Provide customer assistance in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.Serve as a brand ambassador, representing our client with integrity and excellence.Work with customers to resolve payment issues.Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.Maintain a thorough understanding of our client's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge through training and feedback.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.Bilingual proficiency (English and French) is required.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in both languages.Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.Ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and tact.Experience with collections or a strong understanding of financial processes and principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.We look forward to hearing from you
