*Key Responsibilities:*
* Respond to applicant inquiries received through phone and e-mail
* Complete application with applicant and determine best suitable option
* Follow up with the applicant on a regular basis to collect supporting documents
* Audit and verify supporting documents received from applicant
* Obtain approval from underwriters and fund managers
* Prepare mortgage documents and send to applicant
* Follow up with applicant to closing and funding of the application

*Education, Qualifications & Experience*
* Licensed Sub Mortgage Broker in BC with a willingness to learn and the drive to succeed
* 1-3 years experience in the mortgage industry
* Target focused achieving for continuous excellence
* Fluent English

*Skills*
* Proactive problem solver who takes initiative
* Fantastic time management, highly organized and detail orientated
* Thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
* Team player
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* MS Office Suite
* Salesforce experience is an asset

*Compensation*
* $50,000 base salary + commission on every funded file
