**Position Overview**:
Time to join one of the **LARGEST MORTGAGE BROKERAGE FIRMS IN CANADA**
We are looking for highly driven individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, a desire for learning, and the ambition to build their own independent business by helping others achieve their homeownership dreams. As a Mortgage Broker with DLC Clear Trust Mortgages, you will receive leads, one-on-one coaching, and full support to help you flourish in your career. This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Deliver excellent customer service, guiding clients through the process.
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources.
- Work closely with lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Motivated self-starter with a passion for learning and sales.
- Detail-oriented and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills; fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Eligible to work in Canada.

**Compensation**:
