YOUR IMPACT

Our global Renewals teams are responsible for retention and growth of off-cloud and cloud contracts, and their ability to onboard effectively and keep performing at peak levels is critical to our success. We are modernizing and streamlining our Renewals Enablement program to ensure our Renewals teams possess the skills, knowledge, and expertise, to shorten ramp time and increase productivity, no matter their location. Reporting to the Senior Renewals Enablement Manager, the successful Renewals Enablement Specialist candidate will ensure a learner-centered approach is developed and executed, providing the best-in-class learning experience for our global Renewals organization.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  1. Support implementation of a renewals enablement strategy for onboarding and ongoing development using relevant, impactful, and on-the-job learning experience.
  2. Participate in program curriculum design, development, and delivery of the training program (for multiple business units) to improve global renewals organization skills and abilities, considering multi-generational talent and the modern learner.
  3. Using a variety of modalities and tools, facilitate, deliver, and track sales training programs that support Renewals enablement initiatives.
  4. Support the continuous improvement and engagement of our training resources to ensure knowledge gaps are closed, and the desired business results are realized.
  5. Support workplace performance, coaching, mentoring, and enabling social and collaborative learning experiences.
  6. Collaborate with the broader renewals organization and learning community to develop, update, and revise training resources using innovative techniques to achieve strategic initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  1. 2+ years of experience in instructional design, development, or adult learning.
  2. 2-5 years of experience in Enablement, software industry, sales, or renewal contract background preferred.
  3. Experience using eLearning tools such as Articulate and Camtasia required.
  4. Excellent written, oral, presentation, and communication skills.
  5. Experience in training design and development across multiple modalities, i.e., eLearning, instructor-led, blended, job aids, and more, and can manage simultaneous projects to established deadlines.
  6. Highly organized and detail-oriented bringing a continuous improvement mindset to everyday tasks.
  7. Demonstrates professionalism, diplomacy, and versatility.
  8. Self-starter that can work autonomously, yet understands the value and power of a team and can work collaboratively and creatively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  9. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of learning principles, industry design standards, and modern learning best practices for the continual development of learners. Certifications in adult learning and/or instructional design - is a plus.
  10. Technical aptitude to quickly learn new skills and development tools.
  11. Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite.
