About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Landscape Designer and Sales Specialist to join our team at Earthscape Ontario. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and thoughtful outdoor spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and desires, and provide personalized design solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients by regularly reaching out, providing updates, and expressing gratitude for their loyalty.
  • Develop and implement designs that align with clients' budgetary constraints, while ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and proactively.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or certificate in Landscape Architecture or Design.
  • Proficiency with Vectorworks or AutoCAD, with knowledge of Sketchup a bonus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry.
  • Ability to read blueprint plans and surveys, as well as working site drawings, grade and layout plans.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within a customer-centric organization.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and build authentic relationships.
  • Empathetic and attentive to customer needs, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive in addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues on time.
  • Goal-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
