We are looking for a Relationship Manager to manage the relationship and strategic direction between Moneris and Moneris' Value Added Solution (VAS) partners. You will work with partners daily to develop partner strategies, improve partner performance, steward contractual commitments within Moneris, and influence partners towards Moneris goals.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Director, Partner Management.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll doBe the primary contact for VAS partners and manage related partner inquiries. Help integrate new VAS partners, along with the associated contract negotiations, new product or feature introductions, or changes associated to support the Moneris Product Roadmap.
Provide regular business updates to Leadership including KPI reporting and overall health of the relationship.
Maintain a relationship with VAS partners by ensuring daily communication and operations and that the VAS partners are well represented and understood by our teams.
Identify process improvements, both internal and external, to enhance VAS partners satisfaction while driving solutions that are repeatable and cost-effective.
Provide ongoing Relationship Management of assigned partners including; business reviews, Product roadmap reviews and technical support monitoring.
Lead contract negotiations with input and interactions with all team members (Operations, Product, Legal, Finance, and Compliance)
Monitor service levels and manage escalations promptly.
Manage /Audit/Business Continuity Management as it relates or directly impact the VAS partners solution.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field of study. Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution.
3+ years experience in a Relationship Management positions.
Experience onboarding and managing product partnerships.
Experience with negotiations
Experience collaborating with other teams to progressive improve partner management.
