About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Solutions Manager to join our Global team at GGB. As a key member of our Personal Insurance team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a designated portfolio of clients, providing expert advice and guidance on their insurance needs.
  • Review accounts at renewal, ensuring that clients receive the best possible coverage and service.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that clients receive the latest and most effective insurance solutions.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a brokerage environment.
  • RIBO licensing in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required, College or University Degree strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
