About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our Personal Insurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, managing their insurance needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a designated portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and driving business retention
  • Review client accounts at renewal, ensuring accurate coverage and adherence to binding authority
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and policy changes to provide expert advice to clients
About You
  • You have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and driving business growth
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize effectively, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • You are tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • You hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college or university degree preferred
  • You have 2-3+ years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, with RIBO licensing in good standing
  • You are pursuing or willing to pursue relevant insurance certifications or education
