We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively manage office operations.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage office operations, including coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle phone systems, manage front desk activities, and supervise administrative staff.
- Assist in human resources tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and training development.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure the smooth running of office systems.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
- Experience in vendor management and procurement is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic human resources functions is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 30 per week
