We are looking for Leaders

DWD is looking for Regional Mangers.

RM's are to support practice operations for a group of 4-6 practices. This position will primarily be responsible to provide leadership, direction and support to Office Manager and managing partner to ensure financial and operational success Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Willingness to work outside regular business hours. Independent, self started with ability to work well with other team members.

Responsibilities and Duties: Manage operations and revenue goals. HR related issues, including proper staffing levels. Assist with recruitment and retention of highest quality dentist and auxiliaries Full understanding of productive scheduling methods Visit each manager/office weekly as needed to assessment of dynamics, providing support and guidance as necessary. Continuous support of excellence in patient service and satisfaction Address and resolve any patient issue or concern in timely manner. Qualifications and Skills 5+ years dental management
