This is a Hybrid mode right now, with the need to be on-site 2 to 3 days a week. Dealmoon has implemented recommended health guidelines, including social distancing measures.

Job Title: Editor-Customer Service

Summary:

Dealmoon is looking for an editor for the customer service team Our growing company is in need of a qualified Customer Service editor to provide customer support and address any issues/disputes. You will also be asked to review user comments and user-shared deals. You will need to know our products and communicate user feedback to operation and marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with customers through various channels including website and social media accounts.
  • Responds promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knows our products inside and out to answer questions.
  • Reviews user comments and provides feedback to operation and marketing teams to help improve customer experience.
  • Reviews customer-shared deals and recommends valuable content to post on the website.
  • Operates the company’s WeChat accounts to assist in promoting website content.
  • Manages communication and delivery of prizes for user-engaging sweepstakes.
  • Reviews and evaluates content to ensure all content is appropriate, accurate, up to date, and provides an excellent user experience.
  • Communicates and coordinates suitable content with other team members to serve and attract various audiences.
  • Recommends and modifies content in a consistent manner of styles and layouts.
  • Proofreads and corrects errors in spelling, grammar, and syntax.
  • Works with Marketing and Business Development teams to devise and publish integrated promotional campaigns for various deals.

Required skills:

  • Good writing skills in English; Chinese is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Familiar with return and exchange policies of major brands/merchants.
  • Great communication skills are preferred.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce, major brands/merchants, and Chinese shoppers’ preferences is a plus.
  • Familiar with social media platforms is preferred.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Previous working experience in customer relations or new media.
