Job Description
  • Permanent Remote or Flexible working hour & hybrid work mode

We are seeking for an Administrator to support global HR Service Delivery team as part of a centralised function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions.

  • Inputs and maintains the human resource database and all employee records and files, including hardcopy files. Documents activities as requested.
  • Completes reporting functions involving attendance & absence statistics, hire, termination, and transfer data, and other information assigned.
  • Generates wide range of employee letters, including: visa letters, promotion, salary review, share grant and ad-hoc communication.
  • Administers employee health, welfare and retirement plans including starters & leavers and annual renewal administration.
  • dministers global onboarding and offboarding administration.
  • Processes various electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as change-of-status, employment changes, benefits, termination of employment and updates internal HRIS (SuccessFactors).
  • Provides information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information, e.g. employment references.
  • Schedules onboarding inductions to support HR Advisors.
  • Purchase Order and invoice processing as directed by HR Advisors.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication  written and verbal - Language – Mandarin, English, Malay. Proficiency in other Asian languages would be an added advantage.
  • Experience of HR Administration work – 2 years preferably
  • An advantage if worked within global organization
  • Good systems knowledge working with automated processes
  • Ability to work with processes and identify improvements for efficiency and standardisation
