What you will do:

  • Prepare and issue payments.
  • Answer all incoming calls.
  • Book service appointments.
  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts & maintenance of vendor accounts.
  • Helping with any month-end duties (i.e. posting deals, warranty and insurance submissions).
  • Posting daily cash sheets.
  • Prepare bank accounts.
  • Paying out floor plan accounts.
  • Stock vehicles into inventory.
  • Licensing.

For this role, come equipped with:

  • Experience working in the automotive industry.
  • Experience working within an office with accounting functions.
  • Excellent organization and keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to develop positive relationships with all personnel and management.
  • The motivation and drive to work independently with little supervision.
  • Demonstrated reliability in attendance.
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience is considered an asset.
