We are excited to add a Finance and Admin Leader to our team to play a pivotal role in our financial management and growth trajectory. You’ll be a key member of the management team, reporting to the CEO, CFO (or designate) and overseeing financial activities of the company, ensuring financial health and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning: provide financial forecasts, budgets and financial plans to evaluate business performance and guide business decisions

Financial Reporting & Analysis: prepare accurate and timely financial statements, monitor financial performance against targets, provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and cost-effectiveness

Administrative Support: manage invoices, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, invoicing, payroll, contracting and IT.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making

Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards and manage company 

Collaborate with other areas to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Provide financial guidance and support for business development activities

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in finance and accounting

Required Education, Skills and Abilities 

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (designation such as CPA preferred)

Proven experience (3 - 5 years) in a finance management role, preferably in the high-tech industry

Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulation

Confidence to oversee and provide guidance to company IT needs

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill

Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity
