Confidential: Vice President, Sales & Operations - Commercial LeasingOttawa, OntarioPosition OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced VP Sales & Operations to lead its Commercial Leasing division. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, business development, and operations within the retail and manufacturing sectors across North America. This individual will be instrumental in driving business growth, building relationships, and achieving long-term commercial success. The position is based in Ottawa, ON, and requires in-office presence 5 days per week. Our client offers a highly competitive compensation package, with the added potential for equity participation.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans to exceed company goals and objectives.Full responsibility for Profit & Loss (P&L) management.Lead and oversee day-to-day operations with a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution.Build and maintain strong relationships, opening doors and securing long-term contracts with retail partners across North America.Drive business development initiatives in commercial leasing, rentals, transportation, equipment, and manufacturing sectors.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree required; Engineering Degree preferred.
