Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for our Branch Administrator role. Reporting to the Assistant Vice-President of Operations, Burlington, the Branch Administrator will provide administrative support to our Operations team. The successful applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of efficiency, confidentiality, and judgement.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide diversified administrative support to our AVP of Operations in a fast-paced office environment
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Preparation of various letters, reports, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Arrange travel and schedule meetings
  • Responsible for a variety of general office duties
  • Carry out special projects
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in an administrative or business-related discipline is preferred.
  • Excellent keyboarding skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Professional articulate manner
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up
  • Efficient time manager with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
