Currently we are seeking a bilingual (French) Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide support to internal Talent Acquisition colleagues as well as Hiring Managers and internal/external candidates. The TA Coordinator is responsible for supporting candidates throughout the hiring process and schedules and coordinates New Hire Orientation to ensure positive candidate experience.

Key Job Activities:

• Manages new hire process by initiating and submitting forms for drug and background investigations; checks status, and follows-up with candidates and hiring managers, as appropriate. Ensures new hires receive applicable on boarding paperwork and prepares offer letters once offer is final. Ensures that all paperwork for new hires has been completed and sent to HRIS completed. Follows up with managers/supervisors regarding any and all missing information. Verifies completeness of team member information, including auditing of I-9 Form documentation, in accordance with established procedures
• Provides assistance to the talent acquisition team such as handling the entire recruiting process including requisition process; posting/advertising position openings; posting within the applicant tracking system; interview scheduling; and reviewing candidates and ensuring all receive a disposition to ensure positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with colleagues in Talent Acquisition to ensure that new hires are appropriately on-boarded in their new role
• Central point of communication with potential team members during the offer letter and new hire paperwork process. Maintain excellent customer service attitude when communicating with candidates and internal business partners.
• Provides set up and systems training (ATS) to Hiring Managers as needed and communication as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Education:

Preferred Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent


• 1-2 years of Recruiting experience required, preferably in a corporate staffing environment, or the equivalent in related work experience
• Demonstrates an excellent knowledge of employment laws that impact recruiting; proficiency in social media, applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, use of internet job posting sites, and web-based database navigation; an ability to multi-task and function well in a detail oriented environment; and, an eagerness to work in collaboration in fast moving/changing environment and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have experience maintaining confidentiality. 
• Flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels, manage multiple priorities and a self-starter that is motivated and demonstrates initiative to meet business/department needs.

Bilingual is a must
