The iA Financial Group Talent Acquisition team is looking for a proactive, energetic, and curious recruiting professional who is motivated by results and has a natural ability to build strong relationships. Become a member of our North American team dedicated to making iA Financial Group an employer of choice You will play a key role in attracting and selecting the best talents to meet the functional and strategic needs of multiple sectors within the organization.

**Specifically, you will**:

- Act as a strategic, operational and tactical advisor to hiring managers in order to target their recruitment needs and adapt strategies to fill positions in an optimal and sustainable manner;
- Represent the company and participate in networking activities to increase employer brand awareness and contribute to the development of your network;
- Liaise with colleagues performing the same role in other offices (Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City, USA), with a view to efficiency, exchange of best practices, innovation and performance;

**Your profile looks like this?**
- University degree in a relevant field;
- Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment;
- Experience in recruiting management and executive position will be considered a strong asset;
- Demonstrated aptitude and interest in sourcing;
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written, due to frequent interactions with French and English-speaking colleagues and internal and external partners across Canada and the USA;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent priority management skills.
