Join our national Human Resources team and use your skills and values to actively help us attract, acquire and retain the talent that is so central to our firm’s success. - Coach, advise and support Hiring Managers
- Define and revised talent attraction strategies.
- Promote the BBA brand through social media, networking events, career fairs and more.
- Perform screening interviews and promote career opportunities at BBA.
- Coordinate and hold interviews with managers and ensure thorough follow-ups.
- Coordinate pre-employment screening.
- Prepare job offers together with HR business partners and managers.
- Complete assigned talent attraction projects in collaboration with other team members.

**Summary of certifications and job requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Industrial Relations, Communications or other relevant program of study
- At least 8 years of experience in talent attraction
- Excellent ability and interest in using new technologies
- Ability to handle several files simultaneously
- Interest in occasional short trips to BBA offices
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite
- Blingual (English and French), both spoken and written.
