A dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inside Sales & Customer Service Consultant. Demonstrated ability to foster strong relationships with travel agents, promote products and services, and provide exceptional customer service to meet customer needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents to drive sales and promote brand awareness.
  • Act as the main point of contact for travel agents, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing solutions.
  • Utilize effective sales strategies to promote products and services to travel agents, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and achieve company goals.
  • Keep accurate records of interactions with travel agents and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to provide insights and recommendations to enhance our offerings.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales and/or customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with travel agents.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in GDS systems, B2B booking platforms.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the Travel Industry or related field is preferred.
