Introduction

A Customer Success Manager Architect (CSM) career in IBM means helping clients realize the value of their existing IBM products and growing their adoption of next-generation technologies. You will be a trusted strategic advisor to transformational enterprises, guiding them to solve complex problems using IBM's technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

A Customer Success Manager at IBM is an Architect with technical expertise. You will understand clients' technology challenges, communicate solutions effectively, and drive the adoption of IBM products. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Understanding Client's Challenges and Building Trust: Establish yourself as a trusted technical expert for clients' adoption of Hybrid Cloud and AI Growth offerings.
  2. Facilitating Use Case Exploration and Business Framing: Lead workshops to develop client value realization models.
  3. Leading Persuasive Technical Conversations: Persuade clients to act based on IBM's solutions.
  4. Creating Post-Deployment Customer Success Plans: Develop plans to increase post-launch adoption of IBM's products.

  • Proven Technical Expertise in Complex Technology Sales: Successful track record in technical sales cycles.
