Your Mission:

Lead our UROSPOT Granville Street pelvic floor health spa location and be fully responsible and accountable for achieving revenue, cost and margin targets, hiring and managing staff schedules, leading employee reviews, managing budgets and projections, leading highly visible and engaging pelvic floor health presentations and motivating our staff to deliver UROSPOT’s exceptional and caring customer experience.

Success In This Role:

To be successful in this role, you need to be passionate about working for a brand that prioritizes community engagement, client care, empathy, healing and trust You are a natural leader, taking ownership when it comes to employee and customer engagement, operational excellence, reviewing reports and reporting to the business owners.

You will have an exceptional (and experienced) team coaching and supporting you in this role. If you succeed at this role, there is significant growth potential for you As we expand across the Lower Mainland, there is an opportunity to grow into a Regional Manager with increased responsibilities and higher compensation.

Required Skills:

Details & Compensation:

  • Full time, permanent, on site;
  • Organizing and delivering engaging presentations off site required;
  • Working some weekends required;
  • Annual salary:
    $100,000 starting range and negotiable depending on experience;
  • Asthe number of locations grow, opportunity to grow into a Regional Manager role with increased responsibilities and higher compensation.
