We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems and Digital team in Vancouver. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as Business Analyst.

Your main responsibilities:

Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data, and present actionable insights.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.

Support project management activities, including project planning, scheduling, and risk management.

Provide expertise in finance or banking industry regulations, practices, and trends.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the finance or banking industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management.

Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is preferred.
