Sr Business Analyst

If so, read on. My client, an established company in British Columbia is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team to support critical projects.
This is a 1-year contract role, hybrid in Vancouver.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current business processes, document workflows, and identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.
- Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure that projects and process improvements align with organizational goals.
- Develop and propose innovative solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders to implement process improvements, including training and communication strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure process improvements are effective and sustainable.
- Create and deliver reports and presentations that communicate process analysis findings, recommendations, and project progress to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst consultant at enteprise companies
- Certifications like CBAP or similar asset
- Knowledge of business process modeling techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
