Clinical Services Lead

Addresses key clinical issues by providing clinical expertise and leadership in the areas of clinical practice, consultation,
inter-professional collaboration, oversight of the intake and discharge process, education and training, program planning
and research.
Provides leadership in promoting and maintaining excellence in the delivery of relevant, evidence-based case
management interventions within the mental wellness and recovery program.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Baccalaureate Degree in Social Work or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (other qualifications and experience directly related may be considered)
- Current active practicing registration with Manitoba College of Social Workers, College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba, or other applicable regulatory body
- Current certification from a recognized Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), or obtain within three (3) months of commencing employment
- Valid Manitoba Class V driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel the region year round
- Five (5) years directly related work experience
- Working knowledge of Windows based programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet
- Satisfactory employment record required
- Successful candidate subject to provide security checks in accordance with Security Checks for Employment Policy (HR-02-80). Waived for internal candidates with current checks on file.
