Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Clarke's Pharmacy in Manitoba. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in achieving departmental excellence in patient-focused care, customer service, and workflow efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Services: Focus on providing safe and effective drug therapy, medication reviews, disease state management, and patient education.
- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of pharmacists and support staff, provide coaching and guidance, and promote a culture of excellence.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the business, develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to patient inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba.
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a Pharmacy Manager (preferred).
- Possess entrepreneurial abilities and a willingness to grow the business.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
