We are experiencing continuous growth and have an immediate opening for a Western Canada Business Development position located in AlbertaThis leader will oversee and manage sales activities, maximizing sales growth while maintaining long-term sustainability.Does your style reflect our values: passion, respect, teamwork, agility, and innovation?Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and oversee a business strategy prioritizing sales growth and long-term relationships.Generate new business opportunities, guide, inspire, and support team members with existing customers and new business development.Establish collaborative and effective teamwork and support the Magnus culture in the region.Optimize customer loyalty and elevate Magnus’ prominence in the region.Manage and coach the sales team and their priorities.Influence, uplift, and motivate all stakeholders.RequirementsCuriosity5-10 years of related experienceProven record of generating sales growthStrong knowledge of business and sales growth techniquesClear verbal and written communication skillsTechnical or industrial environment experience is an assetStrong influence and persuasion skillsTolerance to ambiguity and a high level of flexibility/adaptabilityStrong territory management system and approachProblem-solving ideas, confidence, and the ability to react quickly with well-thought-out strategic business decisionsWork ConditionsWe offer a flexible schedule, a generous and competitive compensation package, a pension plan, group insurance, telemedicine, and profit sharing.
