In addition, the position is responsible for scheduling customer visits, resolving customer complaints and concerns and forecasting/supporting future customer requirementsJob Description:

Major Job Functions:

· Responsible for scheduling customer visits, setting agendas and writing monthly reports on customer update

· Liaison with Finning Parts Department to have the necessary parts delivered to the Mining customer site

· Minimize downtime and maintain production requirements as scheduled

· Send technical analysis to the customers, and provide the customer with recommended service options

· Based on the technical audit of the machine and analysis report, the TSR will make recommendations to the customer on what components will need to be changed

· Must develop and maintain open lines of communication with all supportive departments

Experience:

· Seasoned HET /Millwright or P.Eng with significant mechanical or high voltage electrical experience or with appropriate mining experience

· Minimum 5 years experience in a customer service role

· Shovel and Drills equipment knowledge

· Caterpillar equipment knowledge is considered an asset

· Strong communication skills including verbal and written

· Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail

· Contribute positively to a quality team environment

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Highly flexible with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Self-starter and ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Please NOTE:

  • Job is based out of the BC region or Edmonton
  • Must be able to work a 7x7 shift work rotation.
  • Company vehicle provided
  • Must be able to work from heights and   work outside for extended amounts of time
  • Must be able to gain access to mine sites
  • Drivers Abstract: This offer is contingent on a satisfactory review of your driver's abstract.
