Ce poste est pour un Directeur – Gestion immobilière pour notre bureau de Montréal

Nous recherchons un Directeur, Gestion Immobilière Québec, pour rejoindre notre bureau de Montréal. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la gestion d'une grande équipe de professionnels en gestion immobilière et construction en impartition, de leurs clients respectifs et, en collaboration avec le VP Finance et Location, de l'élaboration de la stratégie commerciale pour garantir un service client exemplaire grâce à une approche réfléchie visant à développer des relations profondes et étendues avec nos clients. Ce poste participera aux activités de développement commercial et aura une responsabilité opérationnelle significative pour aider à atteindre les objectifs de croissance en termes de revenus et de profitabilité.

Direction et gestion

Gérer l'entreprise selon un plan avec des objectifs clairement définis et mesurables.

Gérer consciencieusement l'entreprise pour protéger et renforcer la marque Colliers et sa réputation sur le marché.

Gérer, motiver, encourager et encadrer les membres de l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs des clients, de Colliers et les objectifs professionnels personnels.

Poursuivre activement des stratégies pour nos clients afin d'atteindre leurs objectifs.

Agir en tant que porte-parole de la vision de l'entreprise, en communiquant la vision corporative.

Constituer une équipe fortement orientée vers le client, conçue pour offrir un service exceptionnel.

Développement des affaires

Rechercher continuellement des opportunités d'expansion de la base commerciale en travaillant en collaboration avec le VP Finance et Location et l'équipe de direction senior et par des contacts réguliers avec les clients clés/cibles.

Gestion de l’exploitation

En collaboration avec le VP Finance et Location, développer et gérer les équipes de gestion immobilière et de construction au Québec. Les tâches incluront la supervision et l'orientation de la préparation des budgets annuels d'exploitation et d'investissement. Effectuer des analyses de revenus/dépenses et fournir des rapports de gestion corporatif selon les besoins.

Guider et diriger une grande et diverse équipe d'individus dans la région du Québec, dans un portefeuille comprenant toutes les classes d'actifs. Supervise et oriente les équipes.

Gérer la transition des clients/actifs de manière hautement professionnelle et organisée.

Compétences requises :

Diplôme Universitaire de premier cycle (BA/BCOM) de préférence avec une spécialisation en affaires.

Minimum de 10 à 12 ans d'expérience pertinente dans l'industrie immobilière commerciale, y compris une expérience de gestion de propriétés de bureaux et de commerces de détail, et un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion et direction financière incluant une forte emphase sur la gestion d'actifs.

Engagement continu à comprendre l'industrie immobilière commerciale et plus particulièrement le statut de Colliers sur le marché local.

Compréhension des indicateurs économiques, des Indicateurs clé de performance (‘’KPI’’) et de leur impact sur l'évaluation des biens immobiliers commerciaux et le service client.

Respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise ainsi que des règlements Sarbanes Oxley et CSAE 3416 (anciennement CICA s5970).

Capacité à développer des systèmes/processus et/ou des équipes qui sont flexibles, adaptables et axés sur les résultats, atteignant l'objectif d'efficacité maximale pour fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients.

Capacité à offrir un excellent service client à tous les niveaux de l'organisation et avec les partenaires externes, ainsi que de solides compétences en leadership et en relations interpersonnelles.

Posséder de fortes compétences organisationnelles, en gestion du temps et en gestion de projets avec une capacité démontrée à travailler de manière autonome et au sein d'une équipe.

Faire preuve d'un haut niveau de professionnalisme et d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.

Grande capacité à établir des relations, être proactif, orienté vers les résultats et avoir de la débrouillardise avec de bonnes compétences en prise de parole en public.

This position is for Director – Property Management with our Montreal Office

About You

We are looking for a Director, Property Management Quebec, to join our Montreal office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large team of third-party property management and construction professionals, their respective clients, and in conjunction with the VP Finance and Leasing, for developing the business strategy to ensure exemplary client service through a considered approach to developing deep and broad relationships with our clients. This position will participate in business development activities and have significant operational responsibility to help meet growth targets for both revenue and EBITDA.

In This Role

Leadership

Manage the business to a plan with clearly stated and measurable goals and objectives.

Conscientiously manage the business to protect and enhance the Colliers brand and reputation in the market.

Manage, motivate, encourage, and mentor team members to achieve client, Colliers and personal business goals.

Actively pursue strategies for our clients that achieve their goals.

Act as the advocate of the company’s vision, communicating the corporate vision.

Build a strong customer-centric staff designed to deliver exceptional service.

Business Development

Continually seek opportunities to expand the business base by working collaboratively with the VP Finance and Leasing and senior management team and through regular contact with key clients / target clients.

Operations Management

In conjunction with the VP Finance and Leasing, develop and manage the property management and construction teams in Quebec. Duties will include; oversight and guidance of the preparation of the annual operating and capital budgets. Conduct revenue/expense analyses and provide corporate management reports as required.

Guide and direct a large and diverse team of individuals in the Quebec region, in a portfolio comprised of all asset classes. Oversee the teams

Manage the transition of clients / assets in a highly professional, organized manner.

What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BCOM) preferably with a business emphasis

A minimum of 10 to 12 years of related experience in the commercial real estate industry, including experience in managing Office and Retail properties, and a minimum of 5 years’ leadership and financial management experience which should include a significant emphasis on asset management.

Continuous commitment to an understanding of the commercial real estate industry, and specifically Colliers stature in the local market.

Understanding of economic indicators, KPI’s and their impact on commercial real estate valuation and client service.

Adherence to company policies and procedures as well as Sarbanes Oxley and CSAE 3416 (formerly CICA s5970) regulations.

Ability to develop systems/processes and/or teams that are flexible, adaptable and results-oriented reaching the goal of maximum efficiency to provide an exceptional service to clients.

Ability to deliver excellent customer service at all levels of the organization and with external partners as well as strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Possess strong organizational, time management and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Exhibit a high level of professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful with good public speaking skills.
