A Day In The Life
- You will be the dedicated representative for 1-3 franchise locations across North America.
- Responsible for increasing business from our commercial clients.
- Driving business and crushing revenue goals by generating leads.
- Cold-calling prospective new clients and building strategic business relationships.
- Maintaining relationships with current commercial clients.
- Supporting your Franchises with their strategic growth plans.
- Sales is your jam You love pushing yourself to hit challenging targets and crush your goals.
- Strong relationship builder - don't be afraid to show us your personality We are all about people and look for people who our clients and franchise owners will connect with.
- Strong ownership and accountability to results - you're self-driven in all that you do.
- A team player - no sharks allowed on this team, we work together to achieve success.
- Candidates must be located in Vancouver or the Greater Toronto Area.
Offers benefit from a wide array. Besides flexible hours, we also offer:
- $50k Base Salary. Uncapped Commission structure 70k OTE in year 1 Along with a profit share.
- Hybrid working environment - 4 days remote, 1 day in the office
- An extensive training program that will set you up for success.
