Who are you…
You are an Analyst -
- Review, verify & post Custom/Freight invoices.
- Understand and pass Goods in Transit and accrual entries at the time of periodic closing of books.
- Maintain high efficiency and accuracy.
- Knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation (GST & TDS).
- Perform vendor account reconciliation, resolve the differences and acquire sign offs.
- Resolve vendors and business queries (Email handling).
- Prepare MIS for meeting management requirements.
- Prepare and Maintain SOX documentation.
You connect the dots -
- Ensure adequate controls over the process are maintained.
- Analyze old vendor balances and clear issues arising thereof.
- Review of debit balances in vendor accounts and resolution of the same.
- Review of open Purchase Orders and highlight exceptions.
- Intercompany posting and reconciliation.
- MSME reconciliation and interest calculation.
You are a collaborator -
- Review and timely resolution of all audit queries.
- Review and post tax provision/adjustment entries.
- Review and post advance/reclass entries.
- Involvement in business engagement calls.
- Initiate and participate in continuous improvement projects.
You are an innovator -
- Address level 2 support related supplier/internal customer inquiries.
- Generate, analyze and clear the GRIR report.
What experience and knowledge will you bring?
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Min 2+ year experience.
- SAP experience is must.
- Taxation knowledge (GST & TDS).
- Additional SAP T-code knowledge: VIM Analytics (Open Text), MIRO, FB60, FBL1N, FBL5N, ME23N, XK03, MR8M, FB08, F-44, F-03, F-47 etc.
