Job Title: Associate Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Analyst to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive. As an Associate Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and verify custom and freight invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  2. Understand and implement Goods in Transit and accrual entries during periodic closing of books.
  3. Maintain high efficiency and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
  4. Stay up-to-date with Indian accounting and taxation laws, including GST and TDS.
  5. Perform vendor account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and obtain sign-offs.
  6. Resolve vendor and business queries through email communication.
  7. Prepare and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for meeting management requirements.
  8. Prepare and maintain SOX documentation.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in SAP is a must.
  4. Knowledge of taxation laws, including GST and TDS.
  5. Additional SAP T-code knowledge: VIM Analytics (Open Text), MIRO, FB60, FBL1N, FBL5N, ME23N, XK03, MR8M, FB08, F-44, F-03, F-47, etc.
