Combined with our vast network and extraordinary customer-centric approach, we are the obvious choice in helping you find your next home.The Role: Our client located in the Greater Vancouver is looking for a Compensation & HRIS Manager who will report to the CHRO. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Compensation team and providing support in all compensation related matters. The position will lead the design and implementation of compensation strategies to achieve the organization’s goals. The position also works alongside other managers in HR within the organization. This is a Hybrid Role.Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Certified Compensation Professional (CPP) designation is considered an asset.A minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience.A minimum of 5 years’ experience overseeing a large, comprehensive compensation/ program in a union environment.Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong Excel SkillsPossession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is preferredKnowledge of Employment and Labour legislation & Employment StandardsHow to Apply: At Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
