Job Description:


Cigna is seeking a motivated and driven Account Support Specialist to join our growing team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This entry-level position is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to a leading global health service company while developing their skills in an engaging and dynamic work environment. The successful candidate will support various account management functions and contribute to the overall success of our clients and teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing support in a timely manner to enhance client satisfaction.
  2. Account Management Support: Assist Account Managers in maintaining and managing client accounts, ensuring all details are accurate and current in our systems.
  3. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare, review, and maintain detailed account documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Data Entry and Management: Perform accurate data entry of client information and related documentation into our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  5. Problem Resolution: Aid in identifying client concerns and work collaboratively with the team to find and implement solutions.
  6. Process Improvement: Bring innovative ideas to improve processes and enhance the client experience, sharing these with team members in a collaborative setting.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables, contributing to a supportive and innovative team atmosphere.
  8. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the relevant departments to help drive continuous improvement in our services.

Requirements:


  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A post-secondary diploma in business, administration, or a related field is an asset.
  2. Experience: No prior experience is necessary. However, any internships or volunteer experiences related to customer service or account management are a plus.
  3. Personality Traits:
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in records, documentation, and communications.
