Job Description:


IGM Financial is seeking a hardworking and confident Account Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing support to our clients and assisting with account management tasks.


Responsibilities: - Assist clients with account inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner - Process account transactions and ensure accuracy of data entry - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed - Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to support account management strategies - Maintain client records and update information as necessary - Assist with preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Work closely with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Provide general administrative support to the team as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong research skills and ability to analyze data effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
