Job Description:We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual (Male/Female) to join our team as a Part-Time Valet Team Lead. As the Valet Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our valet service during the afternoon and evening shifts, Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of valet attendants, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Coordinate valet services efficiently, including vehicle parking, retrieval, and customer assistance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet parking areas.
- Monitor and manage valet equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or requirements for replenishment.
- Conduct regular training sessions for valet attendants to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with management to implement improvements in service quality and efficiency.
- Previous experience in valet parking or related customer service field preferred.
- Proven leadership abilities with the capability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
