Key Qualifications
  1. Proven experience as a Service Advisor at a franchise dealership or other related customer service role
  2. Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to build lasting relationships
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  4. Knowledge of automotive services and repairs is an asset
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  6. Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points
