We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Lake Shore & Leslie – Store 654. As a key member of our Service Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth flow of communication, and managing customer concerns and problems promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer and their vehicle.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.
  • Understand customer needs and provide them with a complete solution.
  • Share ideas and suggestions to improve the customer experience in the Service Centre.
  • Manage customer concerns and problems promptly.
  • Deal with challenging situations in a professional manner.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of communication with customers during repairs or maintenance work.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of market trends in the automotive service industry.
  • Knowledge and understanding of mechanical components of automobiles.
  • Ability to work effectively with auto parts ordering systems and computerized work order systems.
  • Basic math and keyboarding skills.
  • Good working knowledge of CoStar is an asset.
  • Experience in a similar role, in a Canadian Tire Auto Service Centre, is considered an asset.
  • Valid driver's license for the province of employment.
