What you will do.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing team and drive the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) market, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes. The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across all online channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  2. Oversee the development and execution of brand positioning and messaging across all marketing channels.
  3. Ensure consistent brand representation and communication in all marketing materials and campaigns.
  4. Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and effective.
  6. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the CPG market.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  9. Provide guidance and support for professional development and growth within the team.
  10. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  11. Track and report on marketing expenditures and campaign performance.
  12. Work closely with sales and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  13. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
  14. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  2. 10+ years of experience in marketing, experience within CPG industry is a bonus.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
